  Well Sarah I certainly have to disagree with your comment I have always found the staff very friendly and very polite and since the new owner took over there has certainly been an increase in not only products but the helpfulness they offer. Just by speaking to them it has saved me several trips to the vets and money with there knowledge. They have also helped me out if they don't stock a product they have ordered it in for me not like the rubbish service you get at some shops including pets at home. Well done to all the staff and especially the manager for your knowledge which has saved me money
