Generally a positive experience whenever I visit, but like most retail outlets there is a staff shortage. The staff I have encountered have been very helpful and friendly, and there is a good range of stock with specials on at all times... Using the Boots Advantage card is worthwhile, too, as I sometimes get a treat for free (using my accrued points) or a special bargain, just by remaining loyal!
